Discovering Tutankhamun: The Photographs of Harry Burton

Harry Burton... Pair of Horse Blinders. "...This pair of wood horse blinders, overlaid with sheet gold and inlaid with colored glass, depicts the protective udjat, or eyes of Horus, and lotus blossoms. They were found among the dismantled chariots in the Antechamber and formed part of the harnesses and other equipment." From Discovering Tutankhamun: The Photographs of Harry Burton at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC.
